September is free for current hosts
We are giving current hosts all of September free. Billing starts in October, and your monthly price depends on whether BookDirectly has already helped you get a booking.

2. Guest Guide includes Wi-Fi signup
Guests can enter their contact details to unlock the Wi-Fi network and password from their phone.
3. QR codes are easier to use
Share the Guest Guide link before arrival, or print the QR code for a welcome book, fridge sheet, or NFC tag.
4. Direct Guide helps hosts
The new help assistant answers from the host guide and points you to the right dashboard area.

A quick note from Steven & Laura
We are continuing to add features that matter to the platform and to the everyday work of hosting. Guest Guide, Wi-Fi signup, QR tools, Direct Guide, and updated pricing are all part of the same goal: helping small hosts look more polished, answer fewer repeat questions, and build more confidence with direct bookings.
We are hosts too, so we are building BookDirectly around the things we would actually want to use ourselves: practical tools, clear guest communication, and a direct booking setup that keeps getting easier to manage. Thanks for building with us.
What is the Guest Guide?
One link guests can use during the stay
The Guest Guide is the in-property help page for each listing. Instead of sending Wi-Fi, rules, and common answers over and over, you can give guests one link or QR code. They open it on their phone and get the stay details you have already saved in BookDirectly.
Guests use it for
Wi-Fi signup, house rules, check-in and checkout details, FAQs, and quick answers while they are at the property.
Hosts use it to
reduce repeat questions, collect guest contact details for Wi-Fi, and make the stay feel more polished.
How to use it
Open a property in your dashboard and save Wi-Fi, FAQs, house rules, and Guidebook entries.
Copy the Guest Guide link or download the Guest Guide QR code.
Send the link before arrival or place the QR code in the home so guests can unlock Wi-Fi and view the stay details themselves.
