We are continuing to add features that matter to the platform and to the everyday work of hosting. What is the Guest Guide?
One link guests can use during the stay
The Guest Guide is the in-property help page for each listing. Instead of sending Wi-Fi, rules, and common answers over and over, you can give guests one link or QR code. They open it on their phone and get the stay details you have already saved in BookDirectly.
Guests use it for
Wi-Fi signup, house rules, check-in and checkout details, FAQs, and quick answers while they are at the property.
Hosts use it to
reduce repeat questions, collect guest contact details for Wi-Fi, and make the stay feel more polished.
How to use it
Open a property in your dashboard and save Wi-Fi, FAQs, house rules, and Guidebook entries.
Copy the Guest Guide link or download the Guest Guide QR code.
Send the link before arrival or place the QR code in the home so guests can unlock Wi-Fi and view the stay details themselves.
